Less than half of the stated capacity rating...

I have purchased two of these Li-ion batteries. The claimed capacity rating is 1800mA. Both of the two batteries scored around 830mA (+/-5%) in three controlled charge and discharge cycles on each battery. It is difficult to believe that I just received two duds out of an otherwise good batch. What makes it even more difficult, the two duds seem to have otherwise similar charge and discharge characteristics that are surprisingly similar to the original Olympus battery that is rated at 800mA.
