Garmin Tacx Flow Smart Trainer, Brand New

Tacx puts the smart in smart trainer.

I am new to the indoor training regiment. I decided to Ironman in the Spring. With the exception of one "but first" instruction, this trainer is intuitive and easy to set up. The "but first" instruction is that if you set it up on your phone, it will not find it on the computer unless you forget it on your phone or disable Bluetooth.
