Fotga Sony E to Canon mount
While I am please to be able to use my Sony 3000 with other lenses than the two E- mount that I have the auto focus feature has not been useful with the 70-300mm Tamron lens I bought. The lens has a MF AF selector so all shots Ive successfully shot were in manual mode. When in auto mode I get a error message in the view finder. I am glad I bought the adapter and need to use it some more to see what I can capture. The Sony 3000 has no external selector for manual but one can program it to shoot in "without a lens" with an adapter or lens that is manual. I was not successful with an manual adapter even though I believed I set the camera settings correctly. If you shoot with Canon and would like to use your Canon lenses in a good 20.1mp camera a E-mount 3000 may be a good choice for you as this Sony is very good with low light.

More of the story began in All the Little Live Things.
As a continuation of the novel "All the Little Live Things" we find Joe in another level of self realization. Again we must face the idea if we can accept the perceptions and choices others have made and let them be whom they are or if we join the fray to judge. Not all of the concepts Stegner brings to us as "Joe's" memory recalls them are easy to stomach. I loved the way several decades of history are brought together to show the "whole picture" of a person's life. Very few authors have the insight Stegner shows us. "The Spectator Bird" was the fifth book I completed by this author and will not be the last. I purchased several others and will continue to collect until I have all of his body of work.
