Disappointed
0 of 2 found this helpful This is a nice product, just don’t believe the literature claims, and expect too much from this product. The literature claims that you can, “open or close your garage door from anywhere in the world “, but that’s not true, the door can only be closed remotely.
The unit’s function is quite limited and lacks simple features like a timer that would close the garage door automatically after it is left open for a predetermined length of time, so I had to set a close instruction for every hour of the day instead. And there’s no easy way to override the function for a predetermined length of time when I’m working in the yard, so I have to unplug the unit and hope I remember to plug it back in.
The unit tries to do so many things, like incorporating video and operating lights (which I don’t use), that it lacks simple features that would make it more functional.
