Quality but not cutting 3" branches
1 of 1 found this helpful Handles are too short, unless you're as strong as king Kong.
Also when opened to accept 3" branches, the handles are too far apart and the angle too broad to pull together effectively.
I tried it on pine and spruce in my yard.
Anything thicker than about 1 3/4" was a time consuming struggle.
Would have been faster to saw by hand with a bow saw.
I think if this had telescopic handles to increase the leverage and if the blade shape was altered, it would be a real 3" capacity.
Still, it has quality sharp, forged blades and oval section tubular handles and is light weight.

Good enough
2 of 5 found this helpful Not the best or worst I've seen.
Tools not designed well, but still functional except phillips screwdriver which is unusable.
Would be better if it accepted 1/4" hex bits.
Ruler should have been embossed on outside of the handles. It takes up space and is short.
Tool is heavy and bulky.
Good for carrying in belt pouch only, not pocket.
Fit and finish is utility grade.
You can clean it up substantially.
I've been using it for a few weeks now and am happy with it, but need to replace phillips blade with something that fits phillips socket properly.
Maybe also eliminate ruler and make space for hex socket.
I bought it because it was cheap on ebay.
I'm a technician, so always need some tool all day every day.
Have been carrying some multitool for about 40 years.
Started with swiss army knife then leatherman, Gerber now Schrade.
Can't even count how many jobs done with multitool.
