Pretty impressed!
4 of 4 found this helpful So I've been researching LED daytime running light bulbs for the halos on my 2010 BMW 550i.. I've seen LED bulb kits going for upward of 230 bucks.. What can be so great about some LED bulbs that make them that expensive!? I read about these bulbs and saw they had some good reviews.. These same bulbs are on amazon for more money, but also have good reviews.. So I got them here, cause they were cheaper lol.. First impressions, the bulbs are all metal construction and have some weight to them.. install was easy.. Surprisingly there was plenty of room inside the headlight housing to tuck all the wire harness inside. Turned them on and holy crap, what a difference.. it's the perfect color temp LED which matches the HID perfectly. They're much much brighter than the halogen bulbs.. Also, as stated in the description, there are no warning lights for bulbs being out on the instrument cluster, so all is good there.. over all I'm very happy with this purchase.. it's a must do face lift for your BMW halos. Although I cannot vouch for the lifespan or longevity of this product because it's only been the fist day since the install.. but at the price, if u have a bulb go out later down the road, I won't be too upset.. But all in all, thumbs up!
Also, the picture I provided does not do it justice, the camera won't focus properly so it just looks like a ball of light.. in person it's a perfect halo, but in a crisp white color!
