good workout
6 of 6 found this helpful This workout is low impact, but I think it's quite effective for getting long lean muscles. It is even quite relaxing. It reminds me alot of Pilates, but this vide also focuses on the moves, techniques and posture of ballet.

Total rip off!!!
8 of 9 found this helpful I purchased this video with the hopes of learning some new hip hop moves while at the same time getting a workout, but the routine in the video is terrible! It is a very short routine, so I didn't even break a sweat - and the moves are unbelieveably bad. The routine looked more like something out of an aerobics class, rather than a hip hop dance. The lap dance video also was not worth the money. I was hoping to learn a dance so that I could treat my man to something special. I would be embarrased to dance this lap dance routine in front of him!
