Subpar series for real fans of Star Trek
1 of 9 found this helpful I’d have to say this is the worst of all the Star Trek series. Take my word for it; any real trek fan will know I’m right about that. The acting is subpar, almost laughable at times, especially in the beginning. However, there are some redeemable characters in the show such as Quark and Chief, maybe even Dax, the others seem to fall flat. Long story short, they should have left out the whole plant Bajor, making this a space odyssey instead of a religious one. If you want real trek shows that you fell in love with back with Next Generation and Star Trek itself, you won’t find it here. One side note; one of the best episodes of all time for Star Trek is in this show, season 5, episode 6, “Trials of Tribble-ations” If you’re a big Star Trek fan, skip this whole show except for this episode.
