Kitchow Stainless Steel Ball Whisks Set of 2

falling balls

I bought these to mix pottery glazes, and I think they will be great for that purpose. I would be reluctant to use them for mixing food items; one of the balls fell off when I was just carrying the whisks across the room. If the ball had fallen off in food, it could do significant damage to teeth. The ball is just solid - no hole in it to help it stay attached better to the wire; the balls can't hurt my glazes, but they aren't safe for food.
