Great product by itself ,but much better at the price paid.
I used to play the original with my daughter. We would each take control for 20 minutes each. So this is a great family game for children to adults .
I recently bought #2 It feels the same to me as #1 and you get the changes between versions. There is so much to keep a person busy. On top of the goals the game sets for you , you can establish your own goals. I have stayed with the same park 25 years , and I may see how far I can go.
While I would not categorize this game as educational , it showed my daughter that there are consequences to all actions and inaction. There is also experience in money handling and debt.
The $8 I paid makes it a great bargain
