battery problem

ORDER NUMBER 202651207023-1790024472010 Hi. I ordered two of this items on May 06, 2019. And actual I recharged this was less than 10 times. But even though it shows fully charged, turns off within one minuate. I'm sure these has problem with charging. It started with the one, and later the other one does the same. The OEM brand's battery works totally fine. So I want to refund, or exchange please.
