Remarkable innovation!
Somehow, the hottest pots and pans are easily to handle. At first, I thought they were too flimsy to protect me from being burned. Once it was clear that was not a problem, I thought the finned surfaces must insulate by creating air space. Eventually, I realized it was the space-age silicone material itself that resists heat transfer. I especially like that the bright color will not fade or fray. Also, they work very well to provide a non-slip, cushioned grip for unscrewing jar tops.

Better than I expected
The spoons are large enough to equal a standard soup spoon and are very well made. The shaping and smooth finish are just plain better than I thought was possible. Add in the fact that bamboo is a "grass", which is a renewable resource, and I just feel good all around. You will have nothing to complain about.
