A perfect baking companion...!
A great book full of totally delicious recipes. The instructions are clear and well written. It contains all the recipes you will ever need to be a great baker.. from pastry making, pies and galettes, tarts puff pastry, and cream puff pastry. Not every recipe has a photo of the finished product, but the photos provided clearly show the quality of the baked goods. I owned this book many years ago but it somehow went missing, so this is a replacement which I was so pleased to find.

Do not miss this one..!
A wonderful book choc full of delicious recipes. They range from breads, pastries, cakes, breakfast foods, comfort foods etc. etc. You will want to work your way through this entire book. the recipes do not require specialized ingredients and are all very doable. I have made the "Puff Pastry Salmon Puffs' and the 'Big Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls'''....both were delicious. Do add this book to your collection.. you will not regret it.
