Great nerd show for nerds
Great cast of characters, engaging plotlines, and some really touching emotional moments. Primarily science/reality based, as opposed to The Librarians which focused mostly on magic based items. Honestly hard to describe without spoiling anything, but if you like history and science and the concept of the human psyche leaving impressions on objects, this is the show for you.
Just get past the rough pilot and second episode (that every show has, let's be real they have to figure out the balance of things), and it's mostly smooth sailing. IMO the last season is the weakest because they fall into some tired tropes, but it doesn't detract from the series as a whole.
