I have bought refurbished before, this i...

I have bought refurbished before, this item was not refurbished. The earbuds still had was and ear hair around the silicone tips from the previous owner. I had to clean everything. Downloaded app and followed instructions, updated the firmware and headphones work fine. Sound quality is ok, all the equilibrations are rubbish and sound horrible, stick to default with "bass boost" off for a most accurate sound quality. I completed this with reference headphones.
