Good option
This switch replaced a dumb switch supplied with our Minke-aire Roto fan. It installs easily (you need a neutral) and I believe it will work with a single pole or 3 way setup. It provides 4 speeds and small lights show when you adjust it. Beyond that, it looks like a Decora dimmer. for fan only, no light control. And it will work with AC fans but not DC. Connects easily to Alexa without a bridge.

Good replacement Blade set
I like Bosch blade sets for our 2006 Highlander. They install easily, work well and are made solidly with metal frames.
