Joyful and Fun.
Funny and enjoyable book. I had read it before and couldn't remember the name or author. Was thrilled to find it and read it again. I am going to order more to give away to friend.

An older persons equivalent to the puberty book we read when younger.
This is a great book for anyone who is aging themselves or taking care of parents, husbands etc who are older. She explains how aging works in very simple terms. Great spreadsheets and questions to ask your doctor. Also helps you understand what is just plain normal for an aging body.
