    The crankshaft was shipped in a small box with two pieces of crumpled up paper, and a lot of empty space. The crankshaft bounced around freely with no packaging securing it during transit from Missouri to Michigan. Of course it arrived damaged.

The Quality I Expected -- Except . . .
I bought the separate front liners (vs. one across-the-hump liner) so they would be easier to pull out and hose off. But I have no hump (the floor of my Honda CR-V) is flat, so the upturned edges of the front liners in that spot in between them create an unsightly, non-custom look. I'd think WeatherTech could redesign the upturned mat edges in that area to make a transition to the flat floor that would be more attractive without sacrificing the water-holding effect.
