  While I would have appreciate a slightly sturdier box, the item arrived safely, in perfect condition, and as described. There was a delay with the shipping, but this was due to the holiday and the seller was prompt in responding to any inquiries I had. I would purchase from them again for sure!

  I bought the Bandai DX VT-1. The order was processed promptly. But due to the holidays, there was some delay in shipping the package. Once the holidays were over, the package was shipped from Japan on the 6th and received in the US on the 8th. Other than the holiday delay all was well. The item was delivered in perfect condition. Even the brown Bandai box was in perfect condition. This is the 4th item I purchased from them. All were received without issue. I would highly recommend this seller.
