Minolta Maxxum 70 Camera Kit with four lens.
This was purchased as a gift for my 11 year old grandson, I put batteries in it, and all the functions worked and the lens seem OK I pit a couple of roll of Kodak Tri-X Black and White in the box and handed it to him and off he went. The film which is 35mm and you don't have the corner drugstore to send the film to was handed over to my brothers who know where this film can be developed to spec. and although I didn't see the prints my brother said that about half of the negatives were useful with a picture. In photography of days gone by that would be called a success. A good buy and a happy grandson, what more could I ask for. A bonus my wife who is recovering from a stroke is a 50 year user of Minolta SLR's and Lens both as a pro and for fun and she enjoyed showing Christian how to load and set up the camera and lens. This was a more then welcomed bonus, that she could remember how a Minolta Camera worked but not a lot of rather mundane stuff, it was a small miracle and much appreciated.

This is an aged camera and I understand that, but the description said nothing about a jammed shutter and a problem with the lens storage which I think came from efforts to tray and remove the Lief shutter for the camera frame and only got out two screws when the lens mount ring detached itself. This stuff is being bought for a collectors and it is assumed that some of these cameras will not be in working condition that;s a given but if it is a know problem at the3 time it was put up for bid that would be nice to know. Of the cameras I've bought this fall besides this camera I got a Brownie single lens movie camera that was sent straight to the dumpster. The photo of the product was deceptive. in not showing side views. which had the wrappings removed and the someone painted it, and broken (smashed) finder. Somebody was just trying to dump their trash for a few bucks in North Carolina.

35mm f2.8 Flekogon Lens
Condition good but would have been a five star with kens caps. Another E. German Soviet era Lens.
