Even cooking with cast Iron corn bread pan!
Beautiful cast iron product produces beautiful corn bread in shape of "corn" ears. Corn bread browns evenly and looks beautiful. Guests enjoy the novelty of their corn bread being in "corn" shapes. Easy to clean in spite of the small holes (just soak in water a few minutes if your corn bread sticks--mine, however doesn't stick). Remember to wash WITHOUT soap and then re-grease (I always use bacon fat, but others use other fats or oils) and you are done. It really is easy to take care of this beautiful product. To really be efficient, buy two of these pans to cook corn bread at one time.
