30mm plates don't fit well
Item description says "Fits 30mm Standard Plates" which is technically true but loading bar is 25mm in diameter so plates do not fit well and are hard to position upright without them starting to slant to one side or another. I wouldn't recommend this product for this reason. It seems difficult to find trap bar for 30mm plates however and build quality otherwise seems good. Knurling is well done and doesn't hurt, low/high bar grip options is nice to have. Comes with collars that you pretty much have to use because of the ill-fitting loading bar although they don't help all too much either and as someone who never uses collars otherwise this is another negative as well.
I will try using some tape around loading bars to give some extra width and traction and see if that helps.
