I Don't Know?

I am not the best reviewer for this stethoscope, I bought it for an alternative use that it failed for. I placed the ear pieces on my ears and after I pulled the end off that you place over the heart and spoke into the tube my voice was attenuated and distorted. I wanted to hear my voice without bone distortion so that I could know exactly how others perceive my voice. I was trying to spare myself the cost of an electronic solution. I can only suspect that one will hear a heart or respiratory system sufficiently.
