Not an original tv remote control replacement
I bought this to replace my tv's remote which is becoming difficult to operate. For selecting a digital channel you need a decimal point key. If this remote has that function, I sure cannot find it.

This used book showed very little wear, no tears, or creased pages or covers, no markings, it was virtually new.

Poor enginering
Central boiler uses this type of seal in this series of boilers. When the door is open for re-firing, this seal is exposed to the flames in the firebox and subject to damage. Central boiler warns users about this, but continues to offer it for sale. The "ROPE" door seal offered on other boilers and wood burners, is not as easily damaged by heat.
