Dreadful seller The part I was sent was soo badly packaged that it was completely smashed to pieces ! That was bad enough but I asked the seller to Not refund me but send another part better packaged but they completely ignored me and refunded me as I’d asked them not to do ! They then told me to reorder the part which they had also now increased the price of ! I’m actually disappointed and disgusted at being completely ignored !

Wrong item arrived (i ordered one type of adapter and different one arrived) i understand how this could happen. Messeged seller, they asked me to send picture of item and packaging to confirm (i assume they've been scammed before). So, i sent them. Got reply asing if could do "pratial refund" and me not need to send items back. I didn't see this immediatly and a couple of hours later, before i did, a second messege said they'd refunded. Ebay sent conformation that FULL refund done.
