Buy something better made
Cheap but construction is flimsy and difficult to use - it does work but needs so much force to operate the blue lever you wonder if it will snap. Operation may get easier as it wears but I doubt it'll last that long. Buy something better.

did the job
(used this in situ on my Aprilia, it has 2 spark plugs so there was more access than might otherwise be for an airline to blow swarf out and an endoscope to check inside)
Before doing the job my three main worries were all not a problem
1. Aligning the tap? - it fits snug in the spark plug wrench so it's the same as fitting /removing a plug
2. Would the reamer bit of the tap open the hole for tapping? - it cut the thread no problem
3. Would the flange on the insert raise the plug much? - actually much thinner than it looks in pics, I'm happy with it
I'd like to know what should be used on the threads of the insert, after looking online I used high temperature silicone in the end, though I'm not sure this would stop the insert coming undone when removing the plug.
Anyway it did the job, whether I got all the debris out time will tell.....
