Could be better.
I received these in the mail today and put both in my printer. When looking at the printers with which these would work with, my printer was among those listed (C5500). However, only one would work with my printer. I purchased these mainly for the colored ink and unfortunately that's the one that won't work with my printer. The black ink works perfectly, and the error message that I receive with the colored is "will not work with this device". So I was extremely hurt. I have put the cartridge in the correct way, even went as far as to turn the printer on/off and everything in between. Black=yes Color=no.
