  Train car was shipped with minimal packaging which resulted in two pieces breaking off. Train was also described as being in perfect condition when it clearly was repaired with glue on the bottom. Seller refused to respond to multiple messages asking for resolution.

  This was a fraudulent sale. The owner described the engine as being in pristine condition. It's completely falling apart, and it's only held together by sticky tack. The seller is a liar. Don't buy from this seller. Don't trust this seller. The return address on the package is for a Heather Nitzel from McKinney, Texas. I don't know if that's the seller or a relative. I lost $144 on a scam. No wonder they said "no returns." I trusted the description. Never buy anything that says "no returns."

  Item is exactly what was described which is of most importance. It took over a week for sender to finally print label and mail it after two messages not answered. Finally after a 3rd message threatening to cancel order was a reply sent back! I do not like leaving negative feedback but it was very frustrating!!!
