Heavy duty .

Compared to other sprockets I have bought this one is heavy duty . The machined surfaces are clean and smooth and the bearing seems to be of good quality .

Helmet

I like the helmet but the instructions are not clear enough . The ear muffs are nice and snug to the ear and the straps to adjust the helmet to the head are good .
