Some parts of the mask are very hard
1 of 1 found this helpful I don't know if something happened on transportation (from the US to Canada) or it's just quality, but some parts of the mask are super hard (string yellow color), and these parts are impossible to use, simply cannot be dissolved and unified to the hair. Around 20% of mask was like this. A little disappointed.
