does not work for transferring files, mostly good for USB charging
I bought this for a Macbook pro and have tried several devices ranging from iOS devices to Samsung Galaxy S7 to a Sandisk USB reader. For the most part it just works for charging. It doesn't reliably recognize iOS for sync and iTunes and will not recognize Samsung Android devices or other USB card readers at all for sync and transferring files. It's overpriced considering it's basically a fancy USB charger and that's it.

OEM and excellent value
This is definitely OEM and the process to program is something the average tech savvy person can do.

Nice basic phone for direct connect
This a tough but very basic phone if your emphasis is Nextel Direct Connect. It is very easy to use and includes direct connect and easy to set up Bluetooth. The speaker is loud and the call quality is great. Looks durable but buttons don't offer a lot of tactile feedback but they may work best with blue collar glove wearing types.
