Seems genuine.
Weather it is genuine or not, the performance is as good as expected.
When heated, it becomes viscous and sticky which keeps it where it's needed,
The cheaper generic RMA-223 products become a light fluid which spreads away, leaving the joints less protected.

Easy to use,
The tip fits PH2 screw heads well. The handle isn't overly thick.and feels good in the hand and easy to grip for when high torque is needed,
