Read it cover to cover and refer to it weekly for technical data.
This is THE definitive textbook on the history and aerodynamic principles of the autogiro, explained in plain English with a wealth of photos and drawings buy the late George Townson, who was a test pilot as well as engineer and mechanic on both Pitcairn and Kellett autogiros in the USA in the 1930s. Many rare photos, and excellent scale 3-view drawings of each type produced between 1930 and 1958. It was published by the author in both hardback and softcover in the 1980s.

Outstanding workmanship and finishing
This model has the appearance of being solid aluminum rather than painted mahogany. The lines and details are true to the original full scale airplane and it captures the attention and admiration of everyone who sees it on your desk or cocktail table.

The ULTIMATE F6F Hellcat Book, Bar None
Huge color photos, showing internal and external details near life size, that every warbird enthusiast and "Grumman Iron Works" groupie must have on their bookshelf at home, at work, and in the hangar. The paper is slick greeting card stock that resists wrinkles and soiling, throughout, cover to cover. There are many 2-page technical engineering diagrams of all systems clearly explained better that in any original Navy manuals prepared by the factory under government contract. Action photos cover inflight, at sea, and on ship and Pacific island bases during WW II. The list price is a huge understatement of the value. Buy two!!
