1 of 1 found this helpful Zune came in excellent condition, as advertised with all accessories included and in working order. Player works perfectly, but the battery life leaves something to be desired. Also, the sound on the premium original headphones goes in and out on occasion, and requires readjusting to get full sound quality. This aside, I couldn't be happier with this one-of-a-kind player.
