Very tiny
3 of 3 found this helpful I did not realize how small this item really is. Looks like it belongs in a doll house. Once you get over the shock of the size, it works fine.

Slight misrepresentation on advertisement
This item was labeled as brand new factory sealed. When I opened the box, it appeared to have been opened and resealed. Initially, I could not program the espresso maker as it was in a language I could not understand, and I could not find instructions in the manual how to re-program the device. I called customer service and was placed on hold and never answered. I almost gave up and planned to return the device, but I called customer service back who was helpful in telling me how to reset the programming. Finally, after alot of frustration, I was able to program the espresso maker and have not had any problems since. I suspect that the seller inherited this device after someone messed up the programming and then sold it "as new", leaving me to trouble shoot this issue. Good deal financially, but misrepresentation on the advertising.
