Perfect fit
I wasn't sure about going with an adhesive mounted shield, but gave it a shot and glad I did. The fit is spot on and is so low profile that it looks more like shadow against my paint than an actual bug shield. It took 10 minutes and is solid as a rock.

Is not compatible
I selected my year and the site said the steering wheel fit my car. Nope. The controls do not match up. The volume button sets the cruise and so on. Too late to return. I trusted it was a match instead of installing right away and now I have $170 garage ornament.

Works
Plug it in, wait three seconds and go. It seems a tad steep for a single function, but it's a lot cheaper than a bent rod. I use my truck nearly daily, so have not noticed any drain on the battery, however, it does have a warning on the box about leaving your rig sit while this is plugged in.
