Great hardware awful software
The version 4 software is awful the guide and programming very hard to use. I had to downgrade to version 3 to get a version I could follow. In doing so I lost the vox ( voice command is not supported on this version). I had to call support to get this addressed, I could not find any information about it on the web. The hardware is the same great Tivo

Good for the monkey
They fit perfectly and are good quality.

Not bad for the price.
The fit on my split king is loose. The sheets are of fair quality. Iam not sure how many washings it can withstand.
