Honey Refractometer, my review
Not having one in the past left me at a disadvantage mainly because I did not know how to use it. The directions that came with it were borderline pathetic. After watching a few YouTube videos and testing some honey I already had, I was able to figure out how to use it. I think that I used it correctly. I may never really know.
I purchased this particular one because it specifically stated that it worked with honey and was in my price range. Different ones can get a bit pricey. This was a good mid-range price point, which is what I was looking for. I tend to lean towards the statement " you get what you pay for". Apparently, there are different kinds of refractometers for testing different things. They are not necessarily interchangeable and are somewhat specific to their purpose.
