Looks good, sounds great!

My major complaint: I can't get it to connect to my WiFi network. I've tried many times, called Bose tech support 3 times so far. No luck. Problem may relate to the fact that I use MacBook Pro, and get limited tech support locally -- especially related to my Firewall.

Great concept, needs more durability.
Lightweight and very comfortable lumbar support.
Mesh ripped after a week of use (a few hours per day)
