If you Want the Best, this is it!
This is an excellent transmitter for a reliable mail box alarm. I have tried all other Mailbox announcement products (e.g., Mail Chime), which are woefully weak, and thus inadequate. My mailbox is approx 150 yds distant, and this transmitter works flawlessly.
As a bonus, it is also compatible with the Mailbox Alerts sold by Dakota Alert.

Dual use capable
I like these lights as they seem to be more bright than the OEM lights. Significant to me is, I can "bend" the contact wires to fit in a MR2 socket, satisfying 2 lighting requirements.
