I ship about 20 antennas a day from my other sales points. I did refund your all your money and had to preform whats called Package Intercept which cost a fee to myself. This is why you didn't get your package. You asked for a refund I gave you your refund and intercepted the package so you would not get it as you wanted a refund.All my other antennas have made it on time. You didn't lose or waste money as you got every penny back.

Honest mix up in shipping labels. Happens when you ship alot of antennas and not just on ebay. Sent replacement out right away along with a return label for the incorrect antenna. Snap on bore scope.
Only issue I had was one of 6 batteries blow up. Looks like it did it when shipped. I was able to clean it and replaced batteries works great. Thank you. For people who want one buy it then but the impact foam box from harbor freight fits perfect and keeps it safe.
