Misunderstood Quality
If you haven't seen a Katz you don't realize the quality of Knife that they are.
If you have held one you know you have to have one, the quality craftsmanship will amaze you as soon as you open it and the snap of the blade as it locks up. Sharp is a understatement, I have both the 800, and the 900 series and
this past year I had no problem cutting through a Whitetail breast, these are my favorite knives to carry.
You wont be disappointed,
