It's cute and safer than an open candle.
Small lantern easily packs for backpack camping. Provides adequate light to find things in the dark. Wouldn't want to read by it for long, but provides enough light to see objects at night. Good emergency light at home for power outages, but remember it is a tea candle light...provides the same amount of light as a candle. It's cute and safer than an open candle.
