good idea seems to be good metal very poor final fitting. took three hours of filing grinding and polishing to get it to fit my sks
1 of 1 found this helpful arrived quickly but it took three hours gunsmithing to get it to fit and cycle properly. i only recommend this to buyers who have skill and tools to do at least three hours of polishing, filing and grinding to get this to fit. rear tang way to wide to fit in slot on reciever. hole in tang a bit too small to fit retaining pin. front tangs way too long and rough to allow bolt to cycle. lots of small but significant casting burrs. from difficulty in fitting it appears good quality metal however and is much better idea than having to use screws to hold scope or other weaver mounted accessories.
