I like the book and it was just what I wanted. Nice.

I was interested in coffees and the ways to mix the roasted bean flavors. There is a book out there somewhere that comes from a specialized coffee product distributor that tells how to roast and mix a few different beans to get the starbucks flavor and I am researching in that direction.
