  There were a couple mistakes in my order one on my part. One on the companies part. Needed to return. They gave me a free return shipping label and no hassle refund once they received the item and inspected that it was in the same condition as that they sent it, which was brand new in the box sealed they offered me a good deal on it.   Item was shipped rapidly and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately FedEx may have been heavy handed when transporting it. It was a heavy item and arrived a little damaged. After letting the seller know they were accommodating and gave me a couple options. Seller is responsive. A++ experience would use them again and have already. Also, they sell their products at a reasonable price.

  this seller is highly recommended by me for the fast shipping, great communication, the price was reasonable, good quality box, the appearance wasn’t as great because of poor shipping by FedEx but the seller had no control over that bit as far as I can see it’s in good condition also make sure someone is home to sign for these they will not leave them at your house doorstep

  exactly as described, fed x was ruff during shipping with the box and damaged the box all up! But speaker box was not damaged. The sub box is made in China and the carpet is poorly seamed together all over, but seems to be ok built box!
