    Good communication, order shipment/delivery. Not exactly sure about delivered order though: ETA seemed a bit long (esp for seller located close by), item is concerning (item is listed 'New' but item's box seems previously opened --- factory seal's broken & a transparent tape is placed on top of factory seal), and next to seller/company's name on shipping label it had the word "Returns" next to it. Not sure what to make of this delivery/item. Cross my fingers and hope for the best?

    You took delivery of this order FEBRUARY 21st. It shipped directly to you from the warehouse. And you are just bringing this to our attention now, (April 7th)?
