Overall great product with just one, small issue
2 of 2 found this helpful Overall, we do like this product - it does a good job of collecting the dirt/dust that accumulates every day (we were very surprised at how much it gets on a daily basis).
That being said, there is one annoying feature - every so often (about once a month), the app 'forgets' the device and it needs to be re-added.
Overall, though, we will probably look at this product when we need another.
