A great entry level model
This is a great way to introduce a child to the world of building plastic models. If they have Lego building experience, they will feel comfortably challenged and will end up with a realistic model of a modern aircraft. I heartily endorse it for my 8 year old grandsons.

3 D Printed Model Landing Craft: Higgins LCM3
If you are looking for a simple waterline model that can be assembled with ramp up or ramp down, this is an excellent choice. The level of detail is quite fine. The crewmen manning the machine guns are chunky, so you may be tempted to substitute for these. But the model is well made and looks right.
I have based this on my unpainted, newly received model that I will be painting in the future.
