Very dissatisfied

I read all the good reviews on this Ken Onion knife and the ease of opening it with its ball bearings. Well, I found that it often does not completely lock open unless you are very aggressive with the flipper tab along with a flick of the wrist. I'm quite dissatisfied, as it certainly did not meet my expectations!
